The alternate shipping address must be located in the same country as that of the billing address used for the first order.
All of our services require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for the item. If there is no one available to sign for the item, the item will be returned to a local Royal mail depot where you will be required to collect the item upon presentation of the card left by the royal mail and correct identification. Should the item not be collected within the timeframe specified, then item will be returned directly to Senchi Apparel.

We are closed (for a well deserved break) and will not be despatching orders between 23rd December-28th December inclusive but we will of course be taking orders during this time - don't you just love the internet :-). Orders taken during this time will be despatched on 29th December.
We are also closed between 31st December-3rd January inclusive. Again, we will be taking order during these dates and orders will be despatched on Tuesday 4th January 2011.
